About Snowcrest
We are 96 privately owned, one and two-bedroom condos, that enjoy the best of what Snowshoe offers.
Our community spends time on the slopes in winter, has bike paths in summer, and has spectacular views of the fall foliage. We know the peace of the seasons in between when the mountain is just ours.
Our owner-only dog-friendly community has easy access to the walking and bike trails. Our new Sunset Lounge, to be unveiled in May of 2024, is where you will find the best sunsets in Snowshoe.
Many have been long-term owners as well as people who recently found Snowcrest.
Although our building was built in 1982 and is over 40 years old, we have maintained it for all these years. We are now ready to renovate and bring new life and another 40 years to Snowcrest.
Snowcrest has the highest elevation of any complex in Snowshoe, large on-site parking, in-door access to your condo, four large hot tubs, a family hearth room with games, and is just steps away from the Soaring Eagle high-speed quad lift.
